Email hello@bu1st.com.au. Tell us which browser or device you were using, what you tried to do and what happened. A screenshot can help, but please remove any sensitive account information first.
Wrong date, price or venue details?
Check the official listing through the event page, as organisers can update events after we index them. If the Sydney NOW listing is wrong, send us the listing URL and the correct source so we can investigate and refresh the information. Some older versions support a built-in “Report listing” action.
Privacy, account or deletion
Use the Privacy Centre to understand what Sydney NOW collects and why. The data deletion guide explains how to clear saved events locally and request removal of cloud or organiser information. You can request help by email even if you no longer have access to a previous app version.
