What Sydney NOW provides
Sydney NOW is an event discovery and city information service provided by BU1ST Technologies Pty Ltd. You can browse public information and use available planning features. By using Sydney NOW, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. Additional organiser or payment terms may apply to specific features.
Listings and external bookings
Event listings can change without notice, including dates, pricing, accessibility, lineups, capacity, refunds and cancellations. We try to reference official sources, but we do not guarantee that a third-party event is available, complete or accurate. Before travelling or paying, check essential details directly with the organiser or ticket provider.
External organisers and booking providers may have their own terms, refund policies and privacy practices. We do not assume responsibility for fulfilment by an unrelated organiser merely because its event appears in the directory.
Community contributions
Where contributions are enabled, you must have the right to submit any event text, photos, video or other material. Do not upload deceptive, unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful or infringing content, or information that unnecessarily identifies private individuals. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, display and moderate submissions as needed to operate Sydney NOW, subject to applicable law.
We may restrict, hide or remove content and limit abusive use. This does not eliminate your responsibility for material you submit.
Friends, shared plans and reviews
Do not send unsolicited invitations, impersonate other people or misuse another user's friend code. Shared plans are personal suggestions, not confirmations of attendance or reservations. You remain responsible for checking event times, travel arrangements and ticket availability.
Reviews should reflect your genuine experience. Reviews may be held for moderation and removed where misleading, abusive or otherwise inappropriate. The absence of a review is not an endorsement of the event by BU1ST Technologies.
Organiser and ticketing features
Where available, organisers are responsible for their event details, necessary permissions, ticket fulfilment, attendance, refunds and applicable consumer laws. Payment services may rely on separate provider onboarding, availability and agreements. Availability of a feature in underlying software does not mean paid checkout is enabled for every organiser.
Reliability, automated results and rights
Automated ranking and event information may be incomplete. Sydney NOW is intended for leisure discovery; it should not be relied on for emergency or safety decisions. We may modify features, prevent misuse or interrupt availability for maintenance and security.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
